Would our trains always run on time if radio, television and the FCC top brass came to St Albans station every evening?

2010_0205StAHalfMarathonPoolC0034It’s just a thought.

The arrival and departure boards at St Albans City gleamed with on-time trains tonight. How different from recent months.  And what a coincidence that the FCC top management were doing their Meet the Managers (or “Face the Music”) session, not to mention more radio and television crews as well as local media than you could shake a stick at.

It’s nice to know an on-time service can be delivered.  More please.

I actually arrived late (7:05pm) to attend the meeting. Mr Lawson delcared it was time for him to go but being a frustrated customer who’s experienced one too many delayed trains by FCC I implied its his turn to be delayed.

Give him credit he did stay for a further 40mins.

FCC go their own back on me as my 20:05 St.Albans to Bedford was 10mins late!

FCC are a disgrace for the way they have subjected the people of St Albans to such an appauling service

Even outside the rush hour last week they only managed to have one ticket desk open while staff behind the other desks just ignored the build up of people waitig to be served .

To add insult to injury the patient customers had to stand and watch no lesss than 4 revenue coolection staff standing by the exit with the “protection” of a police officer .

What an absolute disgrace to use our community tax to support this inept organisation .

They should be stripped of the franchise immediately as they do not have a clue about responding to customers concerns and their staff believe they can treat their customer like scum

I used FCC (no other choice) to get home from London tonight…we got stuck at cricklewood for ages with little info, then had to switch trains. The staff ushered everyone down the platform, only for the train not to stretch that far, so we all had to run up again. They are simply ridiculous. The train fare is ludicrously expensive as well. Especially for young people! Just not good enough. And what has happened to the fast trains in the evening? Now they just stop everywhere, and St Albans passengers have to pay crazy amounts for absolutely nothing in return.
