Thank you to everyone who voted Liberal Democrat yesterday. The Liberal Democrats won overall control of St Albans council. We did particularly well within the boundaries of the St Albans parliamentary constituency. There we held all the seven council wards which we were defending. I am sure no-one needs reminding that today is polling day for the local elections for St Albans City and District Council. There is no election in Colney Heath or in Bedmond which is in the Three Rivers council area.
